A RhythmCode app
Aurora IPTV Player
A media player for your own playlists and media servers — on your phone, your TV and your desktop.
Your playlist, properly played
Point Aurora at an M3U playlist or a media server of your own — a home TV tuner, a media library, the free streams public broadcasters publish — and it becomes a television: live channels with a programme guide, films and series with their details, search across all of it, favourites and a watch history.
One player on every screen
Made for iPhone, iPad and Apple TV, Android phones, tablets and Android TV, and for Windows and the Mac — with the same playback engine on all of them, so what plays on one plays on the others.
A player, and only a player
Aurora includes no channels, films or series, and sells, hosts and recommends none. It is for media you have the right to watch. Your playlists, favourites and history are kept on your device, and your content comes only from the servers you enter.
Free, or Premium
Aurora is free, and pays its way with an ad break after every 25 minutes of viewing. Aurora Premium is one purchase — not a subscription — that removes the breaks for good.
Support
Does Aurora come with anything to watch?
No. Aurora is a player, like a video player for files: it plays the playlists and media servers you add, and includes, sells and recommends no content of its own. Add only what you have the right to watch.
Something will not play.
Aurora plays from the address you gave it, and tells you what that server answered when it cannot — a wrong address, a login it refused, a server that is not responding. Check the address and login first. If the message does not make sense, write to us with what it said and the device you are on.
I bought Premium and still see ad breaks.
Open Settings ▸ Aurora Premium and choose Restore a purchase, signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account that bought it. A purchase covers the devices of one store: iPhone, iPad and Apple TV together, or Android phone, tablet and TV together.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are made with the App Store or Google Play, and a refund is theirs to give: reportaproblem.apple.com for Apple, and Google Play's refund help for Google. The terms of service explain your rights.
How do I change what I agreed to about ads?
Settings ▸ About ▸ Ad privacy choices, where you were asked. On iPhone and iPad, tracking is also under the system's Settings ▸ Privacy & Security ▸ Tracking. Premium removes the ads and the ad software with them.
How do I delete my data?
Everything Aurora stores is on your device: Settings ▸ Clear stored data removes history, favourites and remembered choices, removing a playlist removes its login, and uninstalling the app removes everything. We hold no copy. The only thing that reaches us is a crash report, which names no one and is deleted after ninety days.
Anything else — a bug, a question, a complaint — write to support@rhythmcode.pt. Say which device you are on and what Aurora showed; never send a password.
